SAVING HOUSE

The Saving house "Fersped" DOO Skopje was founded on 8 January, 1992 by Fersped AD Skopje resulting from a rich and diversified program of activities and extra ordinary economic-financial performance of the company in the previous years.

In 1993 the Saving House, following the restructuring required by the newly passed Law, regulations of the National Bank of RM as well as the macro economic politics of the Government and the work principles of its founder, continued its successful existence:

What are the main objectives:

• collecting denar savings from the physical subjects;
• approving loans to physical entities and individuals involved in private enterprises and activities;
• approving credits to banks and saving houses and other legal entities without involving a bank;
• to work on basis of bank principles for security and solvency, determining a quality portfolio with lower risk, increase of the founder's share of the saving house, in order to increase the credit potential and improvement of the assortment and quality of the services.
  
  During its up to date work the Saving house has been continually showing positive results.

The number of employees is 5 and they all aim to provide security and stability in the operations, through increase of the company's standing and profitability.

Number of savers in 2001 doubled as compared to the previous year.

Over the last two years, the House has approved an average of 1500 parties(credits) whereas the scope of engaged funds in 2001/2000 has increased for 49 percents.

This speaks of the fact that the policy of the House is aiming to more active placement of its free financial resources.
